Devi Ahilya Charitable Trust believes in empowering every woman to live a dignified life.
Since its inception, Devi Ahilya Charitable Trust has worked tirelessly to empower women, and provide holistic support for social and economic dignity. Our collaborations and the support of generous individuals help us reach the grassroots and create lasting impact.
WHO WE ARE
Devi Ahilya Charitable Trust is a women-centered nonprofit organization inspired by the grace and strength of Devi Ahilya, the devoted wife of Maha Shri Gautam Rishi. Her life represents purity, resilience, and unwavering dharma—even in the face of injustice. Drawing strength from her story, our trust stands as a source of hope and support for women navigating life's most difficult challenges.
We work to empower women emotionally, socially, and economically—offering them not just assistance, but dignity, opportunity, and purpose. Whether it's healing from hardship, learning new skills, or building a brighter future, we stand with women every step of the way.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Rooted in the spirit of compassion, strength, and justice, we believe that uplifting women uplifts society as a whole. We are committed to:
- Empowering women in distress with tools, confidence, and opportunity
- Providing holistic support—emotional, personal, and professional
- Promoting self-reliance through skill training, employment, and livelihood programs
- Encouraging ecological harmony via women-led community and sustainability initiatives
- Building a safe and inclusive environment where every woman is treated with dignity and respect
Our Long-Term Goals
