In a commendable effort to promote women's employment and self-reliance, Mrs. Rupa Satish Upadhyay of Navi Mumbai generously donated five sewing machines to the Ahilya Charitable Trust. This noble gesture was made in the loving memory of her father-in-law, Late Shri Damodarji Ramswaroop Upadhyay.

The sewing machines were distributed to economically challenged women in Pushkar on 9th March 2021, with the aim of supporting their livelihood through skill development and self-employment.

This initiative reflects a meaningful step toward empowering women and strengthening community welfare through thoughtful philanthropy.
